FLAT EMBROIDERY
Flat embroidery is the standard type of stitching that you are probably used to. All embroidery will have a slightly raised effect, but flat embroidery keeps it to a minimum. We can take all kinds of designs and digitize them for embroidery, but it can be difficult to make small text and fine details look good. We’ll take a look at your design first and let you know if embroidery is the best application for your product.
3D EMBROIDERY
3D embroidery is achieved by putting a layer of foam underneath the stitches to give the design a dramatically raised effect. You see this a lot on Major League Baseball caps, and we can do it for you too! The setup process and materials are a bit different than with flat embroidery, so expect to pay a little more for this special effect.
