SCREEN PRINTING

Market Your Business Without Breaking the Bank

Screen printing is the art of creating a stencil from a mesh screen and transferring ink through it onto an object. It’s the most common, efficient, and stable way to decorate a T-shirt. We can print a lot more than T-shirts though. Hoodies, Tank Tops, Tote Bags, Lanyards, Frisbees, Concert Posters… What do you need? We like a challenge!

Let our expert screen printing team transform your design or idea into custom printed apparel that promotes your school, business, organization, or event!

FAQ's About Screen Printing

Why does it cost so much to screen print just 12 shirts?

Why is it so much to add another color? Every color in your artwork needs to have its own screen. The screen is coated with emulsion, dried, exposed with the image, washed out, dried, taped to cover the open areas, registered on the press to line up exactly where the color should print, squeegee and flood bar cleaned and attached, then ink added. Repeat this process for each color in your design. While machines and dialed in processes help, it takes some skill and time to make sure everything is correct. You have to set up which color goes 1st, 2nd, and so on.

It really is a combination of art and science. It’s like solving a puzzle each time.
